Yesterday I posted a pic of some quick cards I made as a gift set over on the facebook page.  This is a great idea for using up some of your old coordinating papers and having a cute gift ready to give away as well!

Today on the blog though I thought I would share some of my favourite tools and why I like them. Perhaps you will want to add them to your Christmas wish list or use them as a gift idea for a crafty friend.

It has been a little while since we shared a scrapbooking layout since we have busy sharing Christmas ideas so I have one to share today.  I have lots of ideas for layouts to make and share with you in January but with all the Christmas rush there is not too much time for scrapbooking :)  This layout is made primarily using the MME Sweetest Thing Collection and a few bits from the Kaisercraft Forget Me Not Collection.

We hope you enjoyed last week's Christmas ideas on the blog and facebook page.  We will still be showing some more Christmas themed projects in December but for today we wanted to let you know what is new in store so Kristy has made a short video showing just some of the new products but this doesn't cover everything.  We have the new Poppy dies in store, the latest Kaisercraft Collections, some lovely new Graphic 45 papers, some SNAP life products by Simple Stories, some new Tim HOltz dies and new Sizzix Christmas Tree dies.

We also wanted to let you know that Kristy will be in store next Saturday morning giving an introductory session about copic markers.  This will suit beginners or people who have questions or who are interested in copic markers and you will be able to have a go at using the markers.  We will not be making a specific project.  For people who have attended sessions with Kristy before, she will be covering information she has provided in the past.  However we are tentatively planning to run a class in between Christmas and New Year where she will show some new ideas for using your copic markers.

Today is the last of our "5 Days in December".  We have got some handmade Christmas Crackers to show you today.  These were created using a handmade template and some gorgeous Christmas papers.  We hope that you have enjoyed the week and maybe got some ideas for some Christmas projects of your own.
