There are not too many photos with me in them but my husband took this photo of my son and I at the beach on holidays. Elle's Studio is becoming one of my favourite manufacturers of paper and I really like their stamps too. I took inspiration from the papers to create my layout, creating a layered look similar to what was already printed on the paper.
I can imagine using this paper for other everyday layouts or even Christmas too. Sometimes it is fun to use a paper that already has done part of the work for you and can help you make design decisions as some of the colours and elements (ie like the stars on this page) are already chosen. It can be a good way to experiment with a style that you might not have tried before.
For my journalling strips I cut up a We R Memory Keepers Journalling Card that had been designed for pocket pages. This is a different way to get more use out of those types of products.
I have designed a double page layout for Stef to teach using some of the Elle's Studio Cameron line so look out for that soon.
