Rhonda's Shadow Box

Dusty Attic Shadow Box Kaisercraft Flourishes Glimmer Mist Chipboard Frames

Rhonda used a Dusty Attic Shadow Box to create a beautiful art work to show off a lovely photograph of her parents. She has used Graphic 45 Botanical Tea as the foundation papers and an eclectic mix of embellishments to enhance her photo. Rhonda has cleverly used several different techniques to add layers to the shadow box and to dress up the chipboard, flourishes and  flowers. To tie the project together she has used spray inks to match all the colours together. Thank you Rhonda for sharing your beautiful creation with us.

The Next Sneak Peak

Written by Kristy on . Posted in Blog

Hi everyone,

Just another little sneak peak of one of the projects we are creating at the Weekend Workshop in a couple of weekends.  This one uses Simple Stories Homespun papers and elements.  They are a mix of navy blue, reds, woodgrain, grid, some yellow and other colours.  There is still time if you want to come along but you would need to let Stef know ASAP, so you can start to get your photographs ready.

Hope to see you then,

Kristy

Weekend Workshop Sneak Peak

Written by Kristy on . Posted in Blog

Hi everyone,

A few computer dramas involving a little boy and some liquid has meant that my computer is off getting fixed and I have borrowed one to get the stuff for the weekend workshop done.  So this sneak peak is a little belated but we are back on track now.

The Weekend Workshop is on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27th April (in just a couple of weeks).  We chat, make projects together, you get to try out some different techniques, play with product, eat yummy food and just generally have a good time.  If you have seen the facebook page you would have seen a different sneak peak for a 6x8 album we will be creating on the weekend.  One of the other projects we will be completing uses some of the gorgeous paintable cards by Prima, Tim Holtz stencils, distress paint and watercolour pencils.  Here is just a little sneak peek.

If you want more information about the weekend workshop pop in to Southern Stationery to see Stef or contact her on 98422 2222.  There is already a lovely group of ladies coming along and I would love to see you there.

Bye for now,

Kristy

Hello Sunshine card

Hi everyone,

I haven't had too much time for making cards lately as I have been working on my Project Life album but I did grab a few moments to create this quick card using Kaisercraft's Hello Sunshine paper and collectables.
