Handmade Card using MME Tape

Hi everyone,

Washi tapes are a really fun and popular product at the moment with lots of different manufacturers producing decorative tapes to match with their collections.  I thought I would share a quick card created with washi tapes.  I used different strips of washi tapes on some cream card that are all from the same pack of tape from My Minds Eye, so they all coordinate perfectly.

Embossed Doily Die Cut Card

Hi Everyone,

Todays card uses another one of the beautiful Couture Creations Doily Dies cut out of black cardstock.

The card is created on a white base then has several more layers. The first layer is pink patterned paper which we also used in the flower, the second layer has been created using white cardstock and embossed with one of the new Crafters Companions 6x6 Embossalicious embossing folders to give it beautiful texture. The next layer is the Couture Creations Doily Die.

New Marker Stands and Copic Products

Written by Stef on . Posted in Blog

Hi everyone,

We have some new products we wanted to tell you about.  We received some of the wooden marker stands by La La Land Crafts.  These can be left as is or customised using paints or mists or you could even colour them using your markers.  You can store markers other than copics, such as distress markers.  Tip:  Distress markers are better stored horizontally but for copic markers it doesn't matter whether they are stored hoizontally or vertically.

We have also just got the copic blending journals and a copic colouring guide for colouring people.  The journals are a great place to keep a record of you favourite colour combos.  You can check out this post on the Copic Oz blog to see some ideas for using the blending journals.

Thanks for stopping by,

Stef

Kaisecraft Wardrobe Storage Cabinet decorated using Basecoat papers

Hi everyone,

Rhonda created this beautiful cabinet and agreed to let us share it on the blog.  Thanks Rhonda!

Rhonda used the some papers from the Kaisercraft Basecoat range, along with some of the new wooden flourishes (the locks) from Kaisercraft as well as some other bits and pieces.  We think she has done a great job decorating the Wardrobe Storage Cabinet by Kaisercraft.  Rhonda has a great knack with off the page projects and we have some more projects to share with you over the next few weeks.

Thanks for stopping by,

Stef

Bo Bunny Mama-razzi Layout

Written by Kristy on . Posted in Blog

Hi everyone,

I have shared this on my blog too but I wanted to share it here because it gives an example of another way of creating quick and co-ordinated pages.  If you are short of time and want to create a scrapbook layout or even cards or mini books, then combination sticker sheets are definitely worth a look.  Lots of the different manufacturers now make combination sticker sheets that include alphas, phrases and embellishment style stickers so there are different styles available to suit different preferences.  When teamed up with some coordinating papers it makes it easy to bring unity to your projects.
